![]() cow tuesday number 3 September 25, 2007 I'm out of the cupboard, a little bleary eyed and 5lbs heavier from all that quiche, but no lasting damage. Amy posted two lovely photos in my absence and had some lovely comments in return. I will try to persuade her to post more soon. Well, it's that time of the week again. Cow Tuesday and things are going from strength to strength here at Bovine Towers. In fact, just yesterday I had a call from David Hasselhoff's record label wanting to use this image for the cover of his latest release in Germany - a reworking of the seminal Notorious B.I.G. track - 'What's Beef?' I haven't let them know yet. Would I be selling out? Last weekend we went to London. We didn't see the Queen but instead visited The Imperial War Museum and saw lots of tanks and bombs. The lesson we learnt is fighting is not the answer. C'mon kids, let's all get on. We then travelled to Trafalgar Square and looked around the massive Lomo Wall. I don't really know much the Lomo way of life, but there were lots of crazy Lomo disciples taking crazy 'shoot from the hip' Lomo photos. My sister-in-law had a panel of Lomo pics on show and very lovely they looked too. My son got out his gold Holga and was immediately engulfed by a frenzied crowd of Japanese Lomographers all desperate to take a photo of him taking a photo of them taking a photo of him taking a photo of them. We then popped into The National Gallery and looked at a nice Henri Rousseau. I'm pleased to say that I only came second in Terrorkitten's recent competition. First prize was lifelong friendship with Captain Kitten, and as charming as he is, I feel that I have had a lucky escape.
