If you've stumbled across this site after reading a very nice little review in The Guardian newspaper, these are the 'great pictures of abandoned RAF buildings in Oxfordshire' that were mentioned. I hope you like them too. Feel free to have a little look around and perhaps leave a comment if you have a second to spare.

Number 10 in series of images that remind me of my childhood
Taken the other Sunday, on an early morning walk near my parents house

This is where I went to school. I don't remember blue though. Or mirrored glass. I remember old, faded orange blinds, all pulled down at different heights.

I walked round the back to see if I could get a shot of some graffiti that I remembered, but the wall I was looking for is now enclosed by a new extension. The graffiti read, 'Butch is a fat git bastard'. Butch was the deputy headmaster. Mr Morgan was his real name, but we called him Butch. Everyone did. Perhaps he never knew that the graffiti referred to him and that was why it was never removed. Or perhaps he did, and it was left there to show he didn't care.

If you've got a few seconds to spare, click here to view the rest of the series so far.
