![]() castle howard, north yorkshire, england January 19, 2007 It's Friday night. Hooray. Joe, my 9 year old son, and myself are scanning in a few negatives from the recent visit to York. Joe received lots of encouraging comments after his last post of the supermarket trolley (see Joe's Photos section). I'd be pleased if you could put your hands together, and leave a comment or two, for his latest photo. It's of Castle Howard, Yorkshire. Work began in about 1699 and the construction took more than one hundred years before the House was finally completed. Worth a visit if you're in the area, although bloody expensive to get in. I learnt how to do a G in my guitar lesson last night. What a lovely chord. Fingers now have blisters on them, but I'm enjoying the pain. Right, all is done, we're off to play Playstation 2 and eat beanburgers. Yum. Bye for now - have a good weekend. Holga CGFN + Fujifilm Superia 400 © Joe Arnold 2007 Comment (14) | Permalink |
